**Job Title**: Junior QA Tester

**Experience**:1-2 Years

**Employment Type**: Full-time, Onsite

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Junior **QA Tester**with a passion for quality assurance and a basic understanding of automation and manual testing. In this role, you will work closely with our development team to ensure that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct manual testing to identify and document bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to understand product requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing features work as expected after updates or modifications.
- Run basic automation scripts and assist in setting up automation frameworks.
- Report and track software defects, providing clear and concise documentation of issues and resolutions.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates, share feedback, and improve testing processes.
- Continuously learn and grow in testing methodologies and automation tools.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing.
- Basic understanding of automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
