We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled AI/ML Sr. or Lead Engineer. to spearhead the

creation, implementation, and evolution of our AI/ML strategy. This role is pivotal in developing

our core AI features that empower users with financial education and personalized guidance.

Role Description:

- Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated AI/ML models tailored to financial data.
- Implement and maintain automated testing, monitoring, and deployment processes for

AI/ML models.
- Design and implement data pipelines and workflows to pre-process, clean, and augment

large datasets.
- Evaluate and select appropriate machine learning techniques and frameworks based on

project requirements.
- Optimise model performance through hyper-parameter tuning, model evaluation, and

validation techniques.
- Lead the establishment and maintenance of comprehensive financial knowledge bases.
- Oversee the cost-effective and scalable hosting and infrastructure for AI models.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure to enhance AI interactions and responses.
- Implement and manage MLOps practices to streamline the end-to-end machine learning

lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technologies, and

Qualifications:

- 4 to 8 Years of working experience in programming languages such as Python, Java etc.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn
- Knowledge of AI and ML techniques, including deep

learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision
- Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and algorithm development
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure etc.
- Deep expertise in NLP, vector databases, and machine learning models, particularly in

the context of LLM integration.
- Demonstrated ability in developing and scaling AI solutions in a startup environment.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- UK shift
