**JOB Description**:

- Support the purchasing department in procurement of materials, arrange the materials in store.
- Support the Production department in receive the materials from store ,collect the extra material and handover to store again and help mechanical work
- Support the delivery team to pack the equipment properly and deliver to courier or direct customer
- Support to admin to collect cheques or payment from customer and also drop cheques to bank.
- Support the store department to arrange the materials in their container.
- **Inspect materials received for quantity, quality, condition & spec.**:

- Receive, prepare, and process incoming correspondence
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and general office support
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Office Assistant Requirements:

- High school diploma or associate’s degree.
- Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Logistics work: loading & Unloading

School pass / Diploma in electronics/electrical ITI in Electronics/Electrical/Fitter can apply

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
