Our programs are designed to be holistic and address the root cause of the problems.

We are looking for freshers, who would be interested in kickstarting their careers with a fast-paced, high growth Start-up.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Be the face of the organization and interact with our customers on an ongoing basis.
- Coach LiveAltlife Customers to enable them to achieve their health and wellness goals
- Onboard new customers who sign-up for our Health Restore Programs - help them understand the science and philosophy behind the programs
- Assist the customers in scheduling appointments with doctors/consultants and arranging for report consults/reviews
- Conduct periodic reviews with the customers to discuss their progress, motivate them, collect feedback, and address any issues/doubts
- Help clients adhere to the program and monitor the adherence by tracking their adherence and progress
- Assist in maximizing customer retention and renewals along with identifying cross-selling/upselling opportunities
- Propose recommendations to the product team in terms of new features/services or ideas to enhance effectiveness & customer experience
- Be the voice of customer within the organization and work with stakeholders to increase program efficacy for the customer

**What are we looking for?**
- We’re looking for a motivated and self-driven individual
- 0-1 year of total work experience
- Any science graduate - B.Sc/B.Pharm/equivalent (background in nutrition/biology/pharmacy preferred)
- Someone who likes engaging, interacting, and connecting with people
- Passionate about motivating people to make healthier life choices
- Well organized and good at managing time
- Flexibility with timings and workdays. Open to working on Sundays and holidays, if needed

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
