Security Guard

Monitoring and Surveillance: Monitor and oversee security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, access control systems, or other surveillance equipment. Maintain constant vigilance to detect and respond to security threats, unauthorized access, or suspicious activities.

Access Control: Control access to facilities, buildings, or specific areas by checking identification, issuing visitor passes, and ensuring only authorized individuals are granted entry. Enforce security protocols and procedures to maintain the integrity of the premises.

Patrol and Inspection: Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to deter criminal activity, identify security vulnerabilities, and ensure the safety of people and property. Inspect doors, windows, locks, and other security devices for any signs of tampering or damage.

Incident Response: Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms. Take necessary actions to mitigate risks, maintain order, and protect individuals and assets. Report incidents to the appropriate authorities and document relevant information.

Crowd Control: Manage crowds and maintain order during events or situations where large numbers of people are present. Implement crowd control techniques and intervene in potential conflicts or disturbances to ensure the safety of individuals.

Security Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation related to security incidents, patrols, access control logs, or any other security-related activities. Document observations, actions taken, and any relevant information for future reference or legal purposes.

Emergency Preparedness: Assist in developing and implementing emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, or contingency protocols. Conduct drills or training sessions to ensure individuals are prepared to respond effectively during emergencies.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential security risks, vulnerabilities, or weaknesses in existing security systems or protocols. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, such as improving physical security measures or implementing cybersecurity protocols.

Customer Service: Provide assistance, guidance, and information to visitors, employees, or customers regarding security procedures, directions, or general inquiries. Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and vigilant demeanor.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other security personnel, team members, or relevant departments to ensure effective coordination and communication. Share important information, report incidents, and provide support as needed.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
