**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
- Present and explain our products/services to potential clients.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Provide information and support to customers regarding products/services.
- Follow-up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate product/service information in a clear and concise manner.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle objections and provide solutions.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
