**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a talented and creative **Social media strategist** to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our brand’s presence across social media platforms. You will create engaging content, monitor campaigns, engage with our audience, and analyze performance to drive meaningful results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with the brand's objectives, target audience, and business goals.
- **Content Creation & Management**: Design and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including text, graphics, and videos. Ensure content is consistent with the brand’s voice and values.
- **Campaign Execution**: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and events. Monitor performance and optimize based on results.
- **Community Engagement**: Interact with followers, respond to queries, comments, and messages, and build a loyal online community.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track and analyze key metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions) using social media and analytics tools. Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and audience insights.
- **Paid Social Media Ads**: Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Optimize ad budgets and targeting to maximize ROI.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform features. Identify opportunities to implement trends in campaigns.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the content, design, and PR teams to ensure cohesive marketing messages across all channels.
- **Brand Awareness**: Focus on growing social media followers, increasing engagement rates, and enhancing brand visibility.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- **Platform Knowledge**: Expertise in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.) and their respective best practices.
- **Content Creation**: Strong writing skills and ability to create visually appealing content. Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track social media performance and generate reports.
- **Paid Advertising**: Experience managing paid campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Creativity**: Ability to think outside the box and generate new, creative ideas to boost engagement.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
