- Roles and Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and execute daily delivery tasks to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Maintain transportation vehicles and notify management of any vehicle issues or required maintenance.
- Support the logistics team by delivering items to specified destinations with adherence to delivery schedules.
- Maintain up-to-date delivery records and comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing timely updates on delivery status and handling any queries or issues.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring goods are delivered in excellent condition and collecting feedback to improve service.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to optimize routes and improve delivery processes.
- Required Qualifications

- Ensure all deliveries are completed efficiently and within established timelines, maintaining customer satisfaction at all times.
- Accurately manage delivery documentation, including delivery receipts and customer feedback forms.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any issues to management for prompt resolution.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance delivery skills and stay updated with company policies.
- Foster positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing any delivery-related concerns.
- Assist in optimizing delivery routes and processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery team.
