**Job Summary**
This strategic hands-on role is multi-dimensional in nature including elements of organizational design process redesign metrics design benchmarking program management including governance lead change management to deliver business and/or process transformation leveraging technology.
**Responsibilities**
Strong understanding of the business operations transition metrics baseline and governance
Proven expertise in leading process transitions and transformation programs spanning enterprise or multiple functions
Organizational process mapping and deep-dive tracing dependencies/intricacies impending throughput/accuracy/experience
Facilitate leadership/SME brainstorming workshops perform value stream mapping conduct root cause analysis and summarize improvement opportunities
Collaboratively define and drive organization change management roadmap for targeted objective
Mentor sub-workstream leads for collective success conceptualize design and implement performance monitoring dashboards and/or scorecards aiding governance
Create own and drive program governance and manage action log along with Risk register
Prepare for and present to leadership on progress co-creating content using Office tools and manage
Strong capability on solution modelling scenario building and sensitivity analysis to summarize business impact
Stakeholder management on enterprise-wide initiatives and programs through reviews updates and decision making connects
Liaising with the Cognizant Application services team to design plan track and monitor rollout of corporate systems designed to business requirements
- .Qualifications:(Experience Skills)
15+ years of relevant multi-functional experience in Tier 1 IT Services/Process Management firm Consulting or Fortune 500 Company
Proven track record of leading large Change management Operational/process transitions and transformation programs or Capability Center set-up
Referenceable project/program references as success track record
Knowledge and experience in process reengineering transitioning program management and delivering business impact through continuous improvement projects
- Preferred certifications: Black Belt certification (MBB is a plus) PMP certification
