Depatch Coordinator-international

Manage the drivers and client details and prepare a trip schedule.

Assign a driver for the passengers. Coordinating with driver and passenger and enroute the trips.

Monitoring the travel app and sending the information to the clients.

Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels.

Ensure the quality of all services and processes for the clients. Handling the clients and preparing the reports.

Years of Exp 2-3.

**Job Skills**:
**IATA Certification highly desirable**

Any bachelors degree.

International client handling experience

Experience in Customer Service executive - Any domain

Excellent communication, written and people skills.

Good multitasking, time management and organisational skills.

Problem-solving ability with analytical skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
