**Job Title**: System Admin Intern
**Location**: Bengaluru
**Duration**: 11 Months

**About the Internship**:
Join our **System Administration Internship** to gain hands-on experience in Windows, Linux, VMware, AWS, Backup & Recovery, Networking, and IT Infrastructure. This program provides practical exposure to real-world IT operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation.

**What You’ll Learn & Do**:

- **Windows Administration**: Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, patching, remote management.
- **Linux Basics**: File systems, user/group management, package updates, basic shell scripting.
- **VMware**: VM creation, snapshots, resource allocation, networking, storage.
- **Storage & Backup**: SAN/NAS/DAS, NetApp & TrueNAS basics, backup and recovery processes.
- **Monitoring & Maintenance**: System health checks, alerts, and performance monitoring.
- **Networking**: IP addressing, VLANs, DNS/DHCP overview, firewall basics.
- **AWS Cloud**: EC2, S3, IAM basics, cloud console navigation.
- **Vulnerability & Patching**: Scan, analyze, and remediate using tools like Qualys.
- **Data Center Management**: Hardware handling, labelling, environmental monitoring, cable management.
- **Documentation & Ticketing**: Jira, runbooks, SOPs, and reporting.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Students or recent graduates in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of operating systems, networking, or virtualization.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm to learn and work in live IT infrastructure environments.
