Objective

Work closely with CFT team (Production, Quality, SCM) and improve existing process in Productivity improvement, Quality improvement.

**Role**: Lab Chemist.

**Experience**: 0 - 4 years.

**Responsibilities**:

- Involve in testing all the Raw Materials & FG as per the test request.
- Handling equipment like, Fluorescence Microscope, Autoclave, LAF, UV-Vis, HACH Meters & other Instruments.
- Develop various testing processes for all raw materials and equipment and monitor all finished products.
- Handling live cultures of Bacteria & virus.
- Maintaining the AMC for QC-Lab and other equipment.
- Document control (SOP’s and WI’s) and maintenance of logbooks for Analysis.
- Performing Internal Calibrations of the various equipment used in the QC-Lab.
- Developing Method of Analysis for identified parameters from added or existing analytical scope for Raw-materials and Finished goods.
- Develop and document various microbiology laboratory processes and prepare reports.
- Training - Identifying the training needs and conducting training programs to the team members related to International Methods Like ASTM, AOAC & APHA.

**Qualifications & Skill Requirements**
- Post-Graduation in Chemistry/Microbiology.
- Theoretical & Technical skills in analytical instruments.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
- Knowledge on aspects of Microbiology relevant to the Job function.
- Problem solving and Trouble shooting.
- Excellent Analytical, Problem Solving & Team Player.
- Self-driven and very good project planning and execution skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and personal commitment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
