**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Handle the day-to-day financial operations of the firm.

Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements.

Ensure compliance with taxation regulations and reporting requirements.

Client Collaboration:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Address client queries, concerns, and provide financial advisory services.

Assist clients in optimizing their financial processes and achieving their financial goals.

New Client Meetings:
Participate in meetings with potential clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.

Present the firm's services and solutions to prospective clients.

Collaborate with partners and senior team members to tailor financial solutions to the client's specific requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is preferred.

Proven experience in financial management and accounting.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office suite.
