**Qualifications and Experience Required**:

- **Education**: B.Tech/MCA in Computer Engineering/Application
- **Experience**: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in implementation and customization of 3DEXPERIENCE - ENOVIA

**Essential Skills/Experience Required**:

- Expertise in implementation and customization of **3DExperience 2019x ENOVIA** solutions or higher versions.
- Proficiency in upgrade methodologies and processes.
- **Good to have**: Working knowledge in **Engineering Central**, **Program Central**, and **Configuration Central** modules.
- Familiarity with merging processes and fix-pack upgrade processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are mandatory.
- Experience with **3DEXPERIENCE development** using ADK API, MQL, TCL, JPO.
- Proficiency in **JAVA, J2EE, jQuery, JSP, HTML, and JavaScript**.
- Functional understanding of PLM processes, including **Change Management** and **BOM Management**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the **ENOVIA Development Team** in tasks related to 3DEXPERIENCE product development, customization, migration, upgrades, and services.
- Execute upgrade processes, including design, testing, deployment, and support activities.
- Utilize DS-recommended tools and processes effectively for upgrades.
- Contribute to successful delivery of upgrade projects, including assessment and estimations.
- Identify and address functional gaps, perform analysis, and undertake new developments.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and present outcomes to end customers.
- Guide junior developers during product development phases and mentor them in technical and functional aspects.
