**Location**: Mohali, Punjab
**Shift** : 12pm to 9pm

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive reviews and evaluations of our existing apps, software, and hardware products, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Analyze user flows, interaction patterns, and usability issues to uncover insights and inform design decisions.
- Provide design solutions and simple mockups, offering clear and actionable insights for improvement. (As skills and familiarity with the projects grow, potentially progress to more hands-on design tasks, including creating and editing designs in Figma or similar design tools.)
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

**Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Android/iOS/IOT Devices.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret user feedback, data, and insights to inform design decisions.
- Experience in design tools, primarily Figma.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
