Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our voice support team. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with their education and migration-related queries for Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries related to study options, visa processes, documentation, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain a clear understanding of the Australian education and migration systems to provide accurate information.
- Update and manage client records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure resolution of their concerns.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and adhere to compliance policies.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Australian accent understanding is a plus).
- Prior experience in international voice process (preferably Australian) is desirable.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in Australian business hours.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
