**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the financial records of the organization, including preparing and recording recurring and ad hoc journal entries.
- Generate monthly reports, prepare schedules, and ensure all reports are accurate and submitted according to monthly close deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules for financial and tax audits.
- AR management including invoicing, payment follow-ups and credit card program management
- Accounts payable including vendor payments and expense reimbursements ideally using Brex
- Compile financial data, prepare reports for further analysis, and support decision-making within the finance team.

**Experience & Skills**:

- 7+ years general accounting experience in a corporate environment preferably in a service/ SaaS industry
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel.
- Experience with expense reimbursement systems such as Brex is a strong plus.
- Track record of managing a team while being willing to perform hands-on accounting tasks.
