Role: Teaching Assistant

A Teaching Assistant at Vidyādhāra would have a chance to fulfill their desire to inspire and make an impact on young minds while fulfilling the following responsibilities.

1. Assist Teaching - Primary, Upper Primary and High School levels.

2. Developing content and TLMs.

3. Design and execute co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.

4. Carry out administration tasks assigned by management.

Teaching: You have a keen interest in teaching young students.

Communication: You are a good communicator and enjoy assisting and hanging out with young beneficiaries, peers and parents of students.

Willingness to learn:Child psychology, learning styles and their relation with child development.

Multitasker: You can plan and work on multiple projects at the same time.

Social Orientation: You have a strong interest in social issues.

Adaptable: You can manage new situations and manage your work comfortably with limited supervision.

Location: Madanapalle, Andhra Pradesh. (120 KM from Bangalore)

The compensation would be commensurate with industry standards. Accommodation and transport may be provided on a chargeable basis by the institute.
