**Responsibilities-**
- Developing teams of highly qualified functional
- and technical resources, both onshore and offshore.
- Provide technical leadership for IT solutions to which you have ownership.
- Architect Solutions that are scalable, secure & sustainable.
- Provide scalable, maintainable, and robust designs/solutions
- Be able to effectively plan, coordinate, and communicate on builds/projects.
- Accountable for quality project deliverables.
- Technical escalation point for the team in addressing Production issues Designing solutions that are scalable and maintainable.
- Manage the delivery of consulting services provided by local SFDC consulting partners
- Owning build vs. buy solutions recommendations are based on the offerings in the App Exchange.

**Skills-**
- Experience in building stored procedures and reports.
- Minimum of 8 years of Architect experience, excellent organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Classic experience hands-on experience with Lightning experience in designing solutions and lead the team, Salesforce Live Chat. It is nice to have a bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent in experience).
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, designing solutions, configuring and developing custom Apex/Visualforce/Lightning code in the areas of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Workflows, Mobile, Single Sign On, APIs, Avaya/CTI, Marketo, Informatica, and integration to enterprise systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of data integration tools, such as Informatica, Salesforce Connect, etc, and experience integrating Salesforce with data. sources and enterprise systems (e.g., CPQ, marketing automation, reporting)
