**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and supervise OFC and GPON network deployments for Telecom/Broadband FTTH projects.
- Conduct on-ground surveys, route planning, and feasibility studies.
- Utilize GIS tools, planning/design software, and drawing creation tools to prepare network layouts and project documentation.
- Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Monitor project progress and troubleshoot network design or execution challenges.
- Prepare and maintain reports, as-built drawings, and documentation for submission and approvals.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical, or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in OFC/GPON network planning, execution, and supervision.
- Proficiency in GIS tools, AutoCAD/Design software, and MS Office.
- Good understanding of FTTH/Telecom broadband network architecture.
