Rf Optimization

Responsibilities:

- Independently perform in RF Optimization activities.
- Optimization of a WCDMA/LTE (3G/4G) network to trouble shoot and improve KPIs.Understanding of Radio Resource Management functionalities (e.g. Admission Controls, Handover control, Capacity management, etc.).
- Defining and Monitoring Parameter Consistency check.
- Understanding the Call Flow with Post Processing Skill and Layer 3 Analysis.
- Carry out optimization techniques (proper antenna selection for optimal horizontal/vertical performance, mechanical/electrical tilting, appropriate transmit power setting, antenna clearance, neighbor list analysis, etc.) for optimal site/cluster performance.
- Post integration ALU alarm reporting and analysis through SAM support.
- Generate RF engineering related reports in Excel, PowerPoint as required.
- Experience on Ericsson and ALU counters, Defining and Monitoring LTE/VOLTE KPIs reports on network.
- Support goals and objectives of the company and the customer by meeting deadlines and reaching project goals.

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
