Norona Tech LLP is seeking a highly creative and motivated Graphic Designer Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for aspiring graphic designers to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the design and development of various marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts for campaigns and projects.
- Create visually engaging designs that effectively communicate our brand message and attract our target audience.
- Assist in the creation and editing of multimedia content, including videos and animations.
- Support the maintenance and organization of digital asset libraries, ensuring that all files are properly archived and easily accessible.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital media.
- Contribute to team meetings and project discussions, providing creative input and feedback when needed.
- Complete assigned tasks within established timelines and adhere to project specifications and brand guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Prior experience or portfolio showcasing graphic design projects and creative work is a plus.
