**Job Summary**

**Position**: Account Executive

**No. of Vacancy **: 1

**Department**:Account and Financial tax

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Should have through knowledge of Tally.
- Make appropriate entries into the computer/daily ledgers
- Maintain and reconcile daily expenditure and revenue accounts. Maintain various payment voucher files and update them in Tally and Ledgers.
- Track payment receivables from various companies; and reconcile monthly accounts receivable/outstanding.
- To track the expenses and ensure all expenses are booked in the right manner.
- Managing Vendors - Releasing Purchase Orders, Payments & Invoices.
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Facilitate internal audit queries, monthly MIS, and closure of books
- Prepare bank reconciliations on daily basis, monthly and annual accounts.
- Complies with tax filing requirements by studying regulations; adhering to requirements; advising management on required actions; calculating quarterly estimated tax payments; assembling data for quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data.
- Updates job knowledge by keeping current with financial regulations and accepted practices.
- Should be capable of finalize the accounts, up to balance sheet.
- Having good Knowledge of BRC and export banking.
- Responsible for International transaction and payment cycle.
- Ensure that all the statutory payments are done in time.
- **_Ensure compliance to various government agencies like GST, TDS etc._**

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Should be B.Com or M.Com or more.
- Proactive with an ability to work independently and follow processes
- Good knowledge & experience in MS Excel & Word.
- **_1+ years of experience in Accounts position._**:

- Good communication & Interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of online payments - Debit card/credit card/net-banking/mobile wallets.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
