**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain services related to immigration and study abroad programs.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to clients.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads to convert them into walk-ins and registrations.
- Maintain a daily record of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM or Excel.
- Schedule appointments for counselors and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients by providing excellent service.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages (if required).
- Ability to handle client queries professionally and politely.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
**Salary**: Fixed Salary + Incentives (based on performance)
