To operate and maintain the facilities in the Control Room and/or field, through established procedures in order to produce power and water safely, efficiently and within the strict environment and contractual limits.... Safety is a top priority for the **DCS Operator** that overrides production and schedule considerations.
- Controlling Distillation columns, compressors, purifying towers, heat exchangers and related equipment to extract Nitrogen, Oxygen, and Argon from air for industrial and therapeutic use.
- Efficiently operating computers SCADA, PLC and PID controllers following safety rules and maintain close adherence to the safety, environment and quality requirements.
- Develop effective monitoring of plant utilities and plant power specific to optimize production cost.
- Involve in overhaul and preventive maintenance of turbo machines including Centrifugal Compressor, Expansion Turbine, pumps, heat exchangers, control valves etc.
- Performing operation of Cryogenic Pumps and Cryogenic Liquid storage as well as handling loading and unloading of cryogenic products into bulk transports.
- Managing Cooling towers, Water Treatment Plants (Reverse Osmosis) and checking quality of the cooling water for the required TDS, pH, Hardness

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
