**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Promote our products/services and explain their benefits to clients.
- Understand customer needs and address their queries and concerns.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion.
- Follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives.
- Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competition.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
