**About the role**

This 6-month apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and diversity initiatives. The apprentice will support the HR team in executing programs that foster inclusion, enhance teammate experience, and promote a vibrant workplace culture.

As a Trainee, you will get to:

- Assist in planning and coordinating engagement activities such as wellness days, cultural celebrations, and feedback surveys.
- Support the implementation of diversity and inclusion campaigns, including communications and logistics.
- Help maintain records and dashboards related to engagement and DEI metrics.
- Participate in onboarding sessions and contribute to new hire experience improvements.
- Collaborate with HR team members on internal communications and event planning.
- Shadow HR leaders during meetings and training sessions to learn best practices.
- Provide administrative support for HR events and initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field (recent graduate).
- Strong interest in human resources, employee experience, and diversity.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
