- Minimum experience: 3-5 years in purchase activity.

1. Ensuring PO are released for all the active Purchase Indents.

2. Ensuring job issue is done for all the released job orders.

3. Obtaining quotations for the indented items and preparing the cost comparisons as per procedure.

4. Negotiating, price finalization and release of Purchase Orders.

5. Offering the received items from suppliers to Incoming Inspection and follow up till the closure of GRNs.

6. Meeting production requirements w.r.t the purchase activities as per Monthly Plan.

7. Maintaining regular inventory of all identified goods in the store stock.

8. Identifying and evaluating suppliers as per system requirements and signing off NDA documents with vendors wherever required.

9. Communicating to suppliers on quality, delivery and conducting supplier audit of critical supplies annually either in person or through on line as per procedure.

10. Overseeing Quality Systems adherence to AS9100, EMS, OHS and ISMS for reduction of rework and rejections, continuous improvement and implementation of best practices.

11. Interacting with division Head and functional Head to meet monthly delivery requirements.

12. Maintaining Work Order wise SCM Costs and reporting SCM Costs against each WO.

13. Coordinating with accounts for supplier and vendor payments**.**

14. Preparation of raw material consumption statement as per customer requirements.

15. Entering the PO details received from customers in ERP and updating the delivery dates as and when materials are received according to PO requirement.

16. Preparation of invoices during delivery of items to different customers.

17. Preparing e-way bill for the movement of items whenever required.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
