Job summary
Through the Amazon Business (B2B) Marketplace, sellers get the exciting opportunity to sell their goods to lacs of Business Buyers, including India’s top Enterprise Customers. Are you interested in innovating to deliver an excellent level of service to Amazon’s Selling Partners, and contribute to their B2B growth story?
The Amazon Business India team is looking for a highly motivated Sales Associate to manage and grow key seller accounts. The Account Management team devises programs to improve existing Seller performance by driving them to adopt to relevant B2B-specific features and services. The role will require you to work closely with multiple stakeholders across Category, Customer Marketing, Sales, Product and Catalog teams.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage and grow the Sellers’ B2B business by driving business-specific inputs on selection, pricing and convenience.
- Serves as a main point of contact for a portfolio of seller accounts. Reviews every account in the portfolio in complete detail to understand and communicate the current level of performance using appropriate metrics.
- Identifies and problem-solves day to day issues impacting business. Flag possible escalation, dive deep to recommend and implement corrective actions.
- Liaison with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, catalog, product, program) to achieve shared business goals.
- Act as an owner, with the ultimate focus on delivering timely results with high standards.
- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to be metrics-driven
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Prior experience in e-commerce or retail
