Tele Caller Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Calls**: Initiate outbound sales calls to potential customers across India to introduce and promote our nanozyme products.

2. **Product Knowledge**: Gain a deep understanding of our nanozyme products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.

3. **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up, addressing their queries, and providing necessary information.

4. **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by actively promoting and selling our nanozyme products.

5. **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in Hindi and English to effectively communicate with customers across different regions of India.

6. **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:
1. **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree.

2. **Experience**: Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or technology industry.

3. **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

4. **Sales Skills**: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

5. **Customer-Focused**: Customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.

6. **Team Player**: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work seamlessly with the sales team and other departments.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
