**Role Overview**:
This role involves seeking ways to improve food’s physical and chemical composition. Conduct tests to ensure they meet the brands standards in flavours, nutritional values and presentation.

**Daily Responsibilities**:

- Standardisation of recipes
- Developing new food products and improving existing ones
- Ensuring the quality and safety of food products and implementation of quality throughout the production process.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on product specifications, timelines, and objectives.
- Providing training to kitchen staff on quality standards and manufacturing processes.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Bringing in Ideas to reduce time of production
- Increasing shelf life of products through logistics
- Innovation of current products
- Collaborating with third party vendor for recipe standardization
- Improving SOP’s and ensuring SOP’s are being followed
- Ensure the standards are being set in all outlets
- Reporting of daily tasks, changes being made to recipes and training

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a food service or retail management role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools (preferred).
- A passion for food and a commitment to quality standards.
- Proficiency in using monitoring and reporting software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
