Job Title: Primary Hindi Teacher

**Job Description**:
Position Summary:
As a Primary Hindi Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching the Hindi language to students in the primary grades. You will create and implement engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Development:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans for teaching Hindi language skills including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
- Incorporate a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Classroom Instruction:

- Deliver effective and engaging instruction in Hindi language and literature to primary students.
- Use creative and interactive teaching techniques to make learning enjoyable and meaningful.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and collaboration among students.
- Assessment and Evaluation:

- Assess student learning through various methods such as quizzes, tests, projects, and presentations.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and development.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to meet individual learning needs.
- Classroom Management:

- Establish and maintain a structured and supportive learning environment conducive to academic success.
- Implement and enforce classroom rules and procedures to ensure a safe and respectful atmosphere.
- Manage student behavior effectively and address any disciplinary issues in accordance with school policies.
- Communication and Collaboration:

- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress, upcoming events, and opportunities for involvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administrators to coordinate curriculum, assessments, and other educational initiatives.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay abreast of best practices in Hindi language education.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Hindi, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Teaching certification or licensure appropriate for primary education.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Hindi.
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in a primary school setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to promoting language and cultural diversity in education.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
