About the role - This position will oversee and execute - SMS, push notifications,

Automation campaigns, promotions, events, reporting, and other CRM initiatives as

necessary. The most valuable traits we are looking for in this role are:

analytic/graphing tools.

What you will do in this role
- Managing CRM data daily, creating different reports as per the requirement &
filtering out the right data for the digital marketing team.

- Creates innovative CLM approaches to achieve the weekly and 30-day active

user target for our app engagement. Sending push notifications to user
- Identify key, measurable metrics (upsell, churn, etc.) for lifecycle programs
- Encompassing a growth hacker mentality with the ability to test and scale

rapidly.
- Manage reporting and measurement of performance to feed into exec level

management meetings
- Coordinating with tech team for any digital marketing requirements.

background of working with apps and loyalty.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
