**JOB SUMMARY**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Organize travel arrangements, including ticketing, accommodation, and expense tracking.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth workflow and task execution.
- Assist in research, data analysis, and preparation of financial reports.
- Support planning and execution of key projects and strategic initiatives.
- Organize board meetings, corporate events, and team gatherings.
- Prepare agendas, record minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Handle regulatory filings, documentation, and ensure compliance.
- Maintain records of contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- **[X]+ years of experience** as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the BFSI sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial services, wealth management, or investment-related operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business communication tools.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with high-level executives.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
