Block Ice Sales Man

**Sales and Marketing**
- Promote and sell block ice to local customers, vendors, and businesses.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regular buyers (e.g. fish sellers, cold chain transporters, vendors).
- Identify and approach new clients to expand the customer base.
- Maintain knowledge of competitors’ pricing and offers.

**Order Management**
- Take and process daily orders efficiently (phone, walk-in, or delivery).
- Ensure accurate weight and count of block ice before dispatch.
- Coordinate timely delivery or pickup with logistics or customers.

**Customer Service**
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and quality service.

**Inventory & Quality Control**
- Monitor stock levels of block ice and coordinate with production for replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of block ice to maintain quality.

**Collection & Reporting**
- Collect payments (cash or digital) and maintain proper records.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the cold storage manager.
- Reconcile cash and stock at the end of the day.

**Compliance & Safety**
- Follow hygiene, safety, and handling standards while managing ice.
- Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
