9AV Productions is a creative production house specialised in short form videos. We undertake social media videos such as UGC Ads. Shark Tank clients like Perfora, What's up wellness, Gladful, Conscious Chemist, Urban Platter, BECO etc have worked with us for their content requirements.

**ROLE OVERVIEW**

9AV Productions is looking for an Associate Producer to own and drive social video (UGC) projects from pitch to final delivery. From managing client relations, leading shoots, coordinating with creative teams, to ensuring smooth end to end project execution and finally client satisfaction.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Presentation**: Pitch and secure projects from agencies & brands.
- **Cross functional collaboration**: Oversee production from pre to post, ensuring seamless execution between different creative departments
- **Production Oversight**: Ensure smooth execution of shoots including pre-production planning, location management, talent coordination, logistics and on-ground direction when needed.
- **Reporting**: Create Ad performance reports using Ad manager dashboard
- **Client servicing**: Stay in close communication with clients and provide them with timely updates.
- **Strategy**:Create communication and creative strategy for clients.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated on digital trends, platform innovations (especially YouTube & Instagram), and competitors to keep content fresh and relevant.
- **Expansion**: Expand talents database and business where ever you seek an opportunity

**GOOD TO KNOW TOOLS**
- Facebook business manager, Asana, CapCut, Edits, Claude ai etc

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Skills in Video Production and Video Post-Production
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in social media content production is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Studies, or a related field
- Experience in a production house or advertising agency.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of production workflows, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Excellent understanding of video production workflows including screenplays, shoots, lighting, sound, and editing.
- Experience in managing and mentoring creative teams.
- Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, and short-form video trends and algorithms.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- A creative mindset with passion for digital media and audience-first content creation.
