Today’s customers seek convenient shopping experience. We are available to the customers via our proprietary 24X7 TV Shopping channels (Shop LC in US & Germany and Shop TJC in UK) and other digital medium which includes website, mobile apps, Over-The-Top platforms (OTT’s), social media and third-party marketplaces. Thus, today VGL reaches out to almost 124 million households across US, UK & Germany. **Responsibilities**:

- Utilize proven Innovation methodologies to generate new product concepts.
- Analyze data and insights to identify opportunities for product innovation across various categories.
- Translate approved creative ideas into innovative product designs.
- Collaborate closely with the Buying team, Merchandising, and Sales & Marketing to ensure alignment with product strategy and successful product launches.
- Stay updated on industry trends, everyday best sellers, and emerging products.
- Demonstrate interest in learning about new products, technologies, and techniques.
- Actively explore new areas beyond personal strengths.
- File product ideas for Intellectual Property Rights (Utility Patents, Design Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights).

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Hands-on experience in developing physical products (any category).
- Proficiency in intense research techniques and trend spotting.
- Good presentation skills using various software.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Design Thinking, TRIZ, or Systematic Inventive Thinking.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (proficiency in any 3D software is a plus).
- Portfolio required for assessment.
- Knowledge of patent search techniques is advantageous.
