**Client Engagement & Innovation Associate (Freshers’ Welcome)**

Start Date: Immediate

Location: My Design Minds, RZ-16, Third Floor, Mahindra Park, Near Hero Showroom, Uttam Nagar, Delhi (110059)

Are you someone who loves talking to people, solving real business problems, and wants to build a career in sales + strategy — but hates the idea of cold door-to-door sales?

At My Design Minds, we help startups and companies like Lenskart, IIT Delhi, and AIIMS turn product ideas into real, market-ready products.

We’re hiring fresh talent who want to learn sales the right way — not pressure selling, but consultative business conversations.

What You’ll Do
- Talk to founders and business owners
- Explain our design & manufacturing services
- Follow up with leads via calls & WhatsApp
- Learn how to pitch value, not price
- Work closely with our CEO & Sales Head

3-Week On-Job Training (Paid)

We train you in:

- Client communication
- Sales SOPs
- Product knowledge
- CRM & Follow-up system

You’ll also get a Certificate on Completion.

Salary & Growth
- ₹5,000 stipend during training (3 weeks)
- ₹15,000-₹18,000 per month + Incentives (Post Training)
- Career growth into Sales, Strategy, Digital, or Operations
