Systems Engineer/Senior Systems Engineer **Requirements**: - Experience in Web hosting support /Server administration (L3/L4) - Good Linux knowledge is a must - RHCE Certification is an added advantage. Roles & Responsibilities The responsibilities include but not limited to: - Provide live support for customers all over the world. - Provide basic customer support through ticketing system. - Assurance of meeting our uptime SLA - Problem-solving, and critical thinking for complex issues - Provide Proactive Server Maintenance and Hardening - Implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and maximize performance - Creating systems to expedite efficiency in day-to-day processes Preferred Skill - Good Communication Skill in English. - Expert Knowledge in Web Hosting Control Panels like Cpanel, Plesk, Dirct Admin - Hands-on experience on working on Bare Linux Servers and Strong working knowledge in Mail Servers ( QMail, Exim, Postfix) - Well versed in different Web Servers such as Apache,Nginx - Virtualization knowledge such us OpenVZ,Xen Server,KVM and Cloud - experience in OpenStack, AWS, Google Cloud are preferred - Excellent knowledge of Server Tweaking, Hardening a3nd other vulnerability fixes. - Excellent knowledge in Server/Website migrations - Skillset to handle Disaster Recovery Procedure, Spamming, DDoS, Hacking Issues. - Excellent Knowledge on Web server, Mail server, DNS, FTP, SSH (Thorough knowledge on Apache and DNS will fetch you the job) - Good Team player - Able to work independently in 3 shifts to provide 24X 7 customer support worldwide. - RAID systems (Hardware and software) Educational Qualification Graduates in B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc. in IT or Computer Science.
