Automation Tester

**Job Title: Automation Tester with experience on DevOps Pipelines (Azure DevOps)**

**Job description**

**Roles and responsibilities (what you will be doing)**:

- Design, develop Test plan for CI/CD and security pipeline.
- Develop and refine periodically and keep the Test Strategy for the product up to date
- Build internal tools wherever necessary to improve efficiency
- Incorporating periodic feedback from Platform QA team, Customer Success team, Solution consulting team and update the scenarios in pipeline test plans.
- Self-driven, enthusiastic, and constantly research and suggest latest technologies for test coverage
- Continuously improve test coverage and add all the stake holder centric scenarios as part of this effort
- Build UAT (User Acceptance Testing) scenarios collaborating with Platform QA team, Customer Success team, Product Team, and Sys Arch Team
- Create detailed run book for upgrade, rollback, pre and post requisite, etc.
- Help DevOps and SRE team in adhering to best practices, highlight deviations and corrective actions.
- Integrate and Automate the System testing scenarios to Jenkins CI/CD pipeline and continuously work on stabilizing and improving the coverage
- Perform Security testing, co-ordinate external certification, audit, etc.
- Integration regression test suite with Azure Devops and use external tools
- Create and manage test frameworks

**Qualifications and Technical skills**:

- 3 - 5 years of test experience in DevOps area, infra provisioning, CI/CD pipeline, with at least 2 years of specific experience at SaaS based Azure & AWS platforms
- Experience with scripting (yaml, bash) and/or programming languages (preferably C#/.NET ecosystem) in the context of test automation.
- Exposure to Micro Services, Containers and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of buffering, stream processing, complex event processing, and storage solutions (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, Mongo, etc.)
- Experience with Performance test tools like JMeter, Gatling, Locust Framework
- Experience working in Linux environment and debugging
- Experience in Security validation for Web Applications and SaaS Products
- Diligence and ability to plan and execute all the tests to cover all aspects of the product
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to do system testing
- Ability to think for continuous improvements and automation wherever possible
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet the Release timelines
- Ability to think laterally and outside box approach
- Teamwork skills to support colleagues and share the techniques with other team members
- Business skills to understand the implications of Releasing software with stability issues
- Passionate about always keeping the product s quality bar at an extremely high level
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agile work environment
- Commitment to continuously update the technical knowledge base and current trends in the industry relevant to Ushur Products and Features
- Engineering degree in a related field
- Having an Agile and DevOps mindset

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
