**Job Skills and Requirements**:

- 4-5 years of experience as UX designer in B2C product company or similar role.
- Attention to detail, good eye for design and user-centered obsession for good UX.
- Knowledge of the whole UX/UI design process and experience of user-centred design.
- Proven experience using design thinking.
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture, creating storyboards, and website mapping.
- Understand customer needs, product specifications and user psychology.
- Create user personas of the target group through user research and data.
- Conduct concept and usability testing with focus groups and gather feedback.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs and specifications for our B2B SaaS products both on mobile and web.
- Obsessed with mobile first approach in design.
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to UI developers and work with them to implement attractive designs.
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, discovery, adaptability)
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.
- Understanding of customer journey, business and user needs, user personas, site and app maps, wireframes, prototypes etc.
- Strong sense of visual design, including typography and illustration.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solution.
- Expertise in design software like AdobeXD, Sketch, UXPin, Visio, Figma (anyone).
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, motion graphics is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
- Problem-solving aptitude and analytical mind with a business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A portfolio or samples of your recent past digital projects and work.
- Mandatory to possess clear communication skills, outspoken, sharp business focus, collaborative nature.

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
