Production Merchandising is a function of multiple activities performed by a person which are either parallel or interconnected. Some of them are interdependent and others are independent of each other. Merchandising involves planning and execution of the export order with the right place, at the right time, in the right quantities, at the right price. It is concerned with all the activities necessary to provide buyers with the merchandise they want to buy and when and where they want it and at prices, they can afford and are willing to pay. Hence it involves making execution plans, understanding the buyers' needs regarding quality and cost, follow up of running order, effective communication with buyer. Following are some of the responsibilities, but not limited to, of a production merchandiser which gives importance to them: - Internal & external communication - Sampling - Lab dips - Accessories & Embellishments - Preparing internal order sheets - Preparing purchase orders - Advising and assisting production - Advising quality department about the quality level - Mediating production and quality departments - Maintaining timely production - Giving shipping instructions and the following shipping - Helping documentation department - Taking responsibility for inspections and following shipment. **LOCATION: Dayal Bagh (near Charmwood village), Faridabad Haryana 121009** **Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Flexible schedule - Paid sick time - Paid time off Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus COVID-19 considerations: All employees wear masks, undergo proper temperature check and sanitisation Application Question(s): - How do you see yourself being a good fit for our company?
