**Job Requirements
***Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Will work within one of the assigned teams based on experience and business needs like Project Engineering, Well Completions, Manifold & Interconnect, Drilling & Intervention, or New Product Development.
- Supports project engineering, new product/technology development, product improvement and product standardization, and product qualification projects depending upon the assigned group
- Works to Develop product design, geometry standards documentation and product qualification requirements under the guidance of Technical Leaders
- Creates, reviews/approves part reports, drawings, engineering specifications and standards.
- Adheres to all relevant work instructions and design guidelines, clearly demonstrates creativity and innovation in finding solutions and alternatives.
- Develops unique solutions for complex technical problems that may include the design of new products/systems or the development of solutions having few or no precedents
- This is an individual contributor position. The role is responsible for executing activities assigned by the manager, and execute it with the assigned team with mínimal guidance

**Work Experience
***Required Skills (Technical Competency)**:

- Demonstrating experience in supporting engineering projects constrained by safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements
- Ability to read/interpret different level of Engineering drawings (Interface/Installation, Assemly/Component etc.)
- Experience in engineering designs, documents, layouts, calculations (Internal and external pressure calculation, Compression, Flow area, thread calculation, material selection, tolerance stack up).
- Accuracy, dependability, ability to manage schedule and prioritize work for self and others in team

**Desired Skills**:

- Ability to work independently and as a part of a technical team - a self-motivated, self-starter.
- Ability to make independent system recommendations utilizing advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to design complex engineering plans and review design work for systems and products

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor/Masters degree in mechanical engineering
- 4-6Years of experience in field of Component or System/Subsystem level detail engineering for Industrial / Oil & Gas domains
- To be able to Work with mínimal guidance & complete the assigned task.
- Product knowledge on centrifugal compressor, Reciprocating Compressor, Gas Turbines and steam turbine (Rotating equipment) and Drill equipment, Manifolds etc.
- Ability to understand and implement design standards and configuration
- Ability to work in a global environment
