**Job Summary**:
The Steel & RCC Structural Draftsman is responsible for preparing detailed drawings and plans for steel & RCC structures based on specifications provided by engineers and architects. This role involves creating accurate and detailed 2D and 3D models, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with project teams to facilitate the fabrication and construction of steel structures.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Prepare Detailed Drawings:
Develop detailed steel structure drawings, including layouts, elevations, sections, and connection details. o Develop detailed steel structure drawings, including layouts, elevations, sections, and connection details.

2. Create 2D and 3D Models:
Generate 2D and 3D models of steel structures, incorporating all necessary dimensions, materials, and specifications.

Use software like AutoCAD, Advance steel Revit, or similar to create precise structural models.

3. Coordinate with Engineers and Architects:
Work closely with structural engineers and architects to understand project requirements and translate them into detailed drawings.

Ensure that all designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and client specifications.

4. Detailing of Connections:
Provide detailed drawings of structural connections, ensuring they meet safety and structural integrity standards.

Specify bolt sizes, welds, and other connection details necessary for fabrication and erection.

5. Review and Revise Drawings:
Review designs and drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, and other stakeholders. **Qualifications**:

- Education: ITI, Diploma or degree in civil or mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in structural drafting, preferably in steel / RCC structures.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Advance Steel, Revit, or similar 3D modeling tools.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of RCC & steel structure design, detailing, and fabrication processes.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in creating technical drawings and models.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and construction teams.

- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in structural drafting and detailing for steel structures.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve design issues and discrepancies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
