Mould Designer

Prepare designs and mould of all products through Photos, Scanning data and suggested by management or client.
- Make modification in old designs and moulds.
- Take measurement by old mould and prepare new design or mould.
- Make blueprint of design or mold.
- Prepare assembly of mould and Create BOM and blue print.
- Prepare some report formats related to Tool room Department.
- Guide Junior Designer and Check their design with reports.
- Prepare work schedule for the designs.
- Provide Mold Design to VMC programmers as per DFM concepts.

**Job/Skill Requirements**:

- Experience in a Research and Development, Manufacturing or related environment is desired
- Previous experience in programming CNC machining equipment is desired
- Previous machinist/tool making experience is desired
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to learn new technology
- Strong 3D CAD skills
- Ability to research problems, develop solutions and present possible solutions for implementation
- Ability to work successfully under pressure of tight timelines and frequent changes to a heavy workload

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
