**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Individually managing company’s ecommerce order shipping process via Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Should be an expert in shipment creation and order processing.
- Should have problem-solving skills when it comes to logistic follow-up.
- Should be good at custom clearance and marketing.
- Strong communication skills (required for electronic, telephonic follow-ups with logistics & international portals)
- Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, graphs)
- Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure all orders are fulfilled timely by tracking on daily basis.
- Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Good command on MS Office.

- 20,000 To 35,000
