**Job Description** We are looking for highly capable Trainer to work on different parts of a new project. Task are varied from understanding the curriculum from start, making suitable content pieces, training students, breaking down hour wise content for every course, making sure the syllabus gets covered in time.

The topics that the institute is covering are Digital Marketing, Research and Presentation, Sales, and Project Management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set learning objectives for each course
- Determine evaluation criteria
- Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
- Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
- Prepare learning materials for programs.
- Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
- Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
- Research new teaching methods.
- Attend education conferences.
- Keep track of training costs
- Research and recommend modern educational methods
- A degree in HR, education or training.
- Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to identify gaps in skills.
- Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
- Excellent organizational skills.
