**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop visually compelling designs for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, advertisements, and print.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and development teams to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that align with project objectives.
- Create logos, brand identities, product packaging, and marketing materials.
- Ensure consistency of design across all digital and print materials, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and design techniques to continually bring fresh ideas and innovations.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines and client feedback effectively.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to develop innovative concepts.
- Prepare and optimize images for web use and print production, ensuring the highest quality output.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing various design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, **creativity**, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and UX/UI design is a plus.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects.
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Khanna, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
