Position : Machineshop Supervisor ( Experience: 8-10 Yrs) **Salary**: INR 2, 40,000 P.A Industry: manufacturing Functional area: Production, manufacturing and Maintenance Role: Machine shop Supervisor Employment type: Permanent job, Full time. Eligibility: B.E Mechanical Major responsibilities include: 1. Preparing monthly plan as per given marketing sequence 2. Preparing machine wise plan according to the marketing schedule 3. Preparing Next process plan of machine shop According to the availability of raw material and outsource component 4. Checking dimension of component as per drawing and Preparing inspection report 5. Managing man power according to the priority and adjusting schedule according to the requirement 6. collecting daily production report of machine and Daily production report entry in Machine shop register 7. Preparing day wise efficiency report and average efficiency report of targeted machine 8. Day wise raw material consumption entry in data sheet 9. Batch code wise traceability of in house tube and day wise update it 10. Rejection report entry in data sheet and its analysis (Corrective, preventive and root cause analysis) 11. Machine break down report entry in data sheet 12. Preparing Plan v actual data of every month and its failure to take corrective, preventive action and its root cause analysis 13. Outward entry in register given to store for next process 14. Day wise Daily production report entry in datasheet and MIS report send by mail on daily basis to M.D. 15. Work status day wise update and report send by mail on daily basis to M.D. 16. Monitoring and daily follow up with Purchase Department for material to avoid disturb machine wise plan and to have smooth flow of production 17. Coordinate with Assembly department for smoothly dispatch material. 18. Coordinate with Quality Department for any new component development & daily basis produce by machine component quality assurance. 19. Coordinate with Design Department for any component machining design issue & giving new developing component from Machine shop. 20. Coordinate with Store Department for Daily/monthly machine shop component stock required by priority. 21. Maintain on daily/weekly/monthly/yearly machine wise maintenance checklist. 22. Online troubleshooting whenever problem arises and get the work done as early as possible 23. Inform to Purchase department by Mail or Purchase requisition any requirement of Machine Shop. 24. Follow up with purchase department for machine breakdown spare parts. 25. Updating daily attendance register of workers 26. developing new manpower 27. Manpower job Rotating after giving a Proper training. 28. Managing customized order according to the given priority 29. Preparing monthly operators wise incentive report. 30. Maintained ISO documents properly. 31. Approve overtime to workers. 32.
