**Job Title**: Company Secretary
**Location**: Finergy Transport Finance Ltd
**Reports To**: Managing Director
**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other regulations.
- File statutory documents with ROC and maintain company records.
- Advise management on corporate governance and legal risks.
- Communicate with shareholders and handle queries.
- Liaise with auditors, lawyers, and regulatory bodies.
**Requirements**:
- Qualified CS from ICSI.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws and governance.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
**Preferred**
- Experience in finance or NBFC sector.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
